IronClad Warranty
In the event your machine ever fails simply contact us for a Return Authorization number.  If the machine is deemed to be defective we will repair or replace the machine at our discretion.  We will reimburse the original owner for all incurred shipping charges within 30 days of purchase, excluding International Orders.

We DO NOT warranty The Love Machine or any other sex machine that does not have a "KTM" item number.  We do not manufacture these sex machines and do not have repair parts available to us. If you have a problem with The Love Machine or other sex machine please contact the manufacturer directly.

How to return a defective machine within 30 days of purchase date:

      1. We issue a return authorization
      2. Pack the item(s) in their original carton.
      3. We will schedule an on call pick up. (They will not know what's in the package)
      4. The shipper will pick up the package and attach the appropriate shipping information.

How to Return a defective machine after 30 days of purchase date:

      1. We issue a return authorization
      2. Write the return authorization # on the outside of the package.
      3. Pack the item(s) in the correct size box to prevent damage
      4. Bring the package to your local shipper to have it shipped to our location.
