Ordering
All credit card orders are processed through our Secure Server (SSL). We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Mail orders are accepted with receipt of a personal check or money order. Please see information below. We also accept wire transfers on International Orders. Prices are quoted in USD, please use a currency converter to determine your countries conversion rate. If you prefer to CHARGE your order online using our secure ordering system, please do the following:

American Express will receive the fastest service in terms of shipping time. Please note
that the charge on your credit card statement will appear as "KTM Enterprises, LLC".
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground unless otherwise
specified. Federal Express cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so if you
request 2nd Day, 3 Day Express we must have a physical street address
for delivery. We only charge actual shipping charges for expedited
shipping options. Normal shipping time is approximately 3-5 business
days within the continental U.S.. When all items are in stock, we
can often ship them out the next business day that the order is
received (excluding non-stocked machine orders). However, please
allow 24-48 hours for processing, especially during busy holiday
periods and following a weekend. We strive to maintain a minimum
of 98% in stock on products we manufacture, although we still require
a 2-5 day turn around on all machine orders. If you would like guaranteed
expedited shipping service please confirm in stock with us either
by phone or email.
We can also ship via UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day service if you would prefer expedited shipping. Again, please allow approximately 24 hours for processing. Please note: UPS or Federal Express does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If you request Next Day delivery on a Thursday or Friday or 2nd Day delivery on Wednesday or Thursday, you will normally receive your order on the following Monday or Tuesday, respectively. All items are shipped in generic packaging to insure confidentiality. The return address reads "KTM Enterprises, LLC".
Please note that although Federal Express isnormally very reliable,
we cannot be responsible for occasional delivery delays caused by
Federal Express. If a package is lost in transit, we will trace
the package for you through Federal Express. If it still cannot
be located after the trace, we will re-ship your order at no extra
cost to you.
Signature Required
Most of our shipments contain valuable items, so our carriers may
be required to obtain a signature upon delivery for orders valued
at $100.00. For residential deliveries, the driver may attempt to
deliver to your neighbor or building manager. It is your responsibility
to accept the package. In the event the package is returned to us
you the customer will be responsible for shipping charges and return
shipping charges. If this is a potential problem for you please
contact us prior to placing an order for other arrangements to be
made.
Address Corrections
You are responsible
for entering the correct shipping address when
checking out with our online cart system. Our
fulfillment system utilizes the same information to
process shipping labels. In the event you
enter the wrong address you "the user" will be
responsible for address correction fees or for
non-receipt of merchandise due to inaccurate
information. This includes apartment numbers,
suite number and route boxes.
International Orders
We are happy to ship international orders to Australia , Canada
, Denmark , Finland , France (Includes Monaco) , Germany , India
, Italy , Japan , Netherlands , United Kingdom , United States .
A MasterCard, Visa or Amex Card is required for all international
purchases. Prices are given in U.S. dollars and will be converted
to your currency by your local bank or credit card company.
Any customs charges that may occur are the responsibility of the
customer. You are responsible for knowing the laws of your country.
Any packages that are rejected by customs will be abandoned and
no credit will be issued. Please be certain that the products you
order are legal in your country before placing your order. International
orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy and International
Priority which tends to be a bit more expensive than other methods.
In our opinion the service is more reliable and offers the customers
online tracking of the package from our door to your door.
Order Cancellations
We realize there may be some cases when an order may need to be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, we require that you contact us via Email for a cancellation number. Orders cannot be cancelled once your package has shipped. All cancelled orders will be charged a 6% processing fee.
Back Orders
Although we try our best to have all items in our catalog in stock at all times, occasionally we encounter situations where a third party cannot supply us with a particular product or materials as soon as we would like them to. Machine orders may also be heavier than normal. In such situations, we will ship all available items to you upon receipt of your order and then we ship the back-ordered item or items as soon as possible without additional shipping charges. We do not back order items for International Customers. In the event you order an item that is not in stock we will notify you by email.
Warranty
We are confident in our product, we offer the best warranty in the industry on all of our machines. Please review our IronClad Warranty program.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return an item, you may do so within 10 days of delivery
provided the item has not been used and is in the original and unopened
packaging or is defective. We will exchange the product returned
for another item or items of your choice, or issue a store credit
. This credit is for the returned product(s) ONLY. No credit is
issued for shipping charges unless an incorrect item or items were
shipped in error. Products that cannot be returned for any reason
are dildos, lubricants, sex machines, fucking machines and any products
that are designed for the genital area, that has been removed from
its original package (unless defective). Please include your name,
email address, and specify whether you would like a replacement
product or store credit. No refunds are provided unless an item
is deemed defective. All fucking machines are subject to a $150.00
restocking fee if we approve a return. After contacting us via Email
and receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN) simply return
the item to us.
Our Privacy Guarantee
All of our customer information is held in the strictest confidence. Your name or email address will never be released or sold to anyone. In addition, all products are shipped in generic packaging to insure confidentiality. The return address reads
